Cornbread
$3.25
A single piece of Southern cornbread with a tender, crumbly texture.
“Everything on the plate was clearly made with care. The sausage had a nice little kick to it, but it never took away from the rich, smoky flavor. The cornbread really stood out too—soft, moist, and just slightly sweet, making it the perfect side to round things out. You can really taste the attention and pride that goes into the cooking here. It’s the kind of food that keeps you thinking about your next visit.”

“Absolutely delicious! First time trying fried okra on Christin’s recommendation- it was awesome. The Texas lemonade is also well worth having. Thanks so much!”

Coleslaw
$7.00
Shredded cabbage slaw served cool as a crisp barbecue side.
“Wow. The sliced brisket is the tenderness I’ve ever had. Loved the Bbq sauce in the yellow cap. Jalapeño sausage was excellent. Cornbread was moist. Coleslaw was good”
Sweet Cream Corn
$7.00
Sweet corn prepared with cream for a rich Southern side.
“BBQ in the historic west end. Brisket was good and the cashier recommended the Mac and cheese which was also good. I tried the sweet creamed corn and thought it was good as well. Pepsi products and tea for soft drinks as well as what looks like a full bar. Sauce was a standard red Texas sauce. Eclectic crowd for lunch but felt safe and comfortable as a single woman dining solo. Servers were all nice and attentive.”
